Join us at the Nitrogen and Syngas 2018 conference where we’ll be presenting some of the latest technology and diagnostic tools available to help improve Nitric Acid plant efficiency.

Johnson Matthey presents at Nitrogen and Syngas 2018 conference.

The Nitrogen and Syngas conference brings together technical professionals from across the nitrogen and syngas industries to learn and network. The four-day programme delivers one of the industry’s most comprehensive technical events, covering the full nitrogen value chain from syngas generation through to finished fertilizers.
Gabriele Aksomaityte, Technical Sales Manager at JM, will be presenting a paper on ‘Improving plant efficiency through process modelling’.
She will be talking about JM’s partnerships with ProSim and Tracerco, which enable complete process simulation and rapid analysis of process parameters across the plant, including a wide range of scanning and diagnostic techniques in order to improve plant efficiency.
Gabriele says, ‘As part of the process simulation, JM is refining its modelling capability of the gauze pack itself based on our expertise in pgms and movement during a campaign. I will be discussing current modelling tools and surface characterisation techniques used to drive forward gauze innovation at JM and show how this is already being used to optimise our customer designs. These principles will be the foundation of our next generation gauze products and our goal is to improve value for our customers.’
